Overpain horiundos de Salonica, son un claro ejemplo de lo que se esta cociendo por todo el mediterraneo, la escena del sur de Europa poco o nada tiene que envidiar a nadie. Tuvimo la ocasion de poder hablar con Nikk, cantante de Overpain y este ha sido el resultado.

¿Cual es la filosofía o estilo de vida de Overpain?
Todo empieza con sentirse realizado , hacerlo simple, mantener tus valores,moral recta, recibir los golpes de la vida cotidiana de pie y mantenerse firme No olvidar nunca de dónde viene y por qué comenzó esta mierda, no mostrar compromiso cuando algo va en contra de tus creencias, quemar todos los puentes con alguien que sólo se trata de beneficiar de ti, corta tus alas y te sentirás mucho más fuerte.
La esperanza no vale la pena, lo sueños se vienen abajo, aceptar la derrota, aprender de los errores, esperar lo inesperado, encontrar un propósito real,
No temer a la muerte, a la mierda las mentes débiles y las adicciones. Repugnancia para los cazadores de dinero, seguidores oportunistas , esclavos de los coños, perras tontas, falsos revolucionarios, grandes bocazas hijos de puta, actitud falsa y los tontos ignorantes.
Editasteis Underrated / OverHated a finales de 2012 ¿Cómo ha ido el álbum? ¿Funcionó bien?
Era una versión limitada y todos nuestros ejemplares están agotados. Hemos tenido algunos reseñas positivas y comentario en blogs. También un puñado de personas descargaron el álbum y todavía lo siguen haciendo. Por supuesto que todavía hay personas que no han sentído nuestra mierda y mucha gente que no nos ha escuchado todavía.
¿En cuántos países habéis lanzado el Underrated / Overhated?
Desde Fatality Records el álbum llego a Japón, Bélgica, EE.UU., Alemania, Ucrania y Bielorrusia,
También lo he visto en otras distros.
Habeis tocado con muchismas bandas. ¿Cual ha sido la mejor experiencia?
Los mejores shows fueron y serán cada vez que tocamos en mi ciudad natal con mi gente.
Todos los bolos tienen sus historias y cosas para recordar buenas y malas..No puedo elegir ninguno en concreto, todos ellos son y serán piezas de nuestro rompecabezas
¿Es difícil salir a tocar fuera de Grecia?
Si encuentras algunos promotores o personas que quieren ayudarte, preparar un bolo es fácil.
Debes tener algunos ahorros, porque no puedes esperarsacar dinero de esto, tal vez cubrir la gasolina y alguna factura o tal vez algo de comida y un lugar para dormir, según al acuerdo que llegues.
¿Cómo está la escena hardcore en Grecia?
Tiene gente, tiene bandas
No tiene ninguna visión de unidad
Diferentes creencias, diferentes personas
Muchas caras, pero pocas al final.
¿Conoces algo de la escena hardcore española?
SI! Recuerdo PROUDZ y BORN TO HATE junto con Cruzade records. Si quieres puedes decirme mas nombres para chequearlos!
En España las noticias que llegan sobre Grecia no son muy buenas, ¿cómo es la situación que están viviendo en este momento?
No hay nada que mencionar. Si piensas en ello, el dinero y el papel te controlan en todo, has nacido en una deuda y esta no va a expirar , no tienes que esperar a que algo colapse para levantar el velo, algunas personas no pueden ver una mierda y continúan viviendo una vida ignorante.
Muchos de ellos ni siquiera saben que esto es así y muchos lo saben y todavía quieren tratar de perseguir la gran vida, ellos no quieren pelear ¿Por qué vivir todos los días en el dolor cuando se puede vivir en una nube? Eso es una vergüenza!
Yo también soy un necio entre los necios, que no puede hacer una mierda por esta situación que estamos viviendo he aceptado mi destino, no hay escape. Yo estoy bien como muerto.. pero cuando las cosa empiecen a retumbar, veremos quien es el que transciende y quien es que se doblega.
También Se habla mucho del ascenso de Amanecer Dorado y la confrontación en las calles. ¿Qué puede contarnos sobre esto?
Todo el mundo elige un lado en función de sus cerebros, desde qué ángulo ven los eventos, desde diferentes situaciones que ocurrieron en su vida y emborronaron su mente , pero no hay excusas y ninguna tolerancia para la mayoría de estas cosas.
Lo cierto es que no se puede confiar en el gobierno, no se puede confiar en el sistema y no se puede confiar en la humanidad.No se da de ellos. A menos que los sigas yno seas mas que un jodido peon en su plan. FUCK THE WORLD!!!!
Cuando las mentiras suenan dulces en los oídos de una multitud desesperada y el engaño está tomando forma delante de sus ojos todo debe arde.

You released Underrated / OverHated in late 2012. How gone with the album?It worked well?
It was a limited release and all our copies are gone now.we had some few positive
feebacks and some reviews from blogs also bunch of people downloaded the album and still do it.
Of course we may have and many people who didn't feel our stuff and many people who haven't checked it yet.
In how many countries have released the album Underrated/Overhated?
According to Fatality Records the album was spread through Japan, Belgium,USA,Germany,Ukraine and Belarus,
also saw it and in some distros.
You have played with many bands.Which one was the best experience?
The best shows were and will be whenever i play in my hometown with my people.
Now all shows have their stories and something to remember good and bad..can't choose one or two...
all of em were and will be pieces of our puzzle
It is difficult to go out and play outside Greece?
if you find some bookers or people that wanna help you or can book you a show it's easy
Then you must have some savings,cause you don't expect to get money from this maybe some for gus or tickets
or maybe some food and a place to sleep depending what deal will ya make with em.
How is the hardcore scene in Greece?
has people has bands
has no vision nor unity

In Spain the news coming about Greece are not very good, how is the situation that you are living at this time?
There is nothing to mention.If ya think about it,money and papers control your everything,you are born in debt and you wait to expire
you don't have to wait for something to collapse to lift the veil,some people can't see shit and continue to live an ignorant life,
many of them don't even know that they don't know.Some of them know and still want to try to chase the big life
they don't want to fight...why live everyday in pain when you can live in butter? that's a shame!
I'm also a fool among fools,that can't do shit about this situation we are livin in i have accepted my fate,there is no escape

Everyone choose a side depending on their brains,from which angle they see the events,from different situations
